The Br Credit LLC (BR Credit) explains here how information is used when you visit our website, request a consultation, or work with us. Transparency is a pillar of our business: you should understand what you provide, why it is used, and how to ask questions.
Information you provide
Our consultation form collects your name, email address, cell phone number, optional credit goals, and communication consent. We also receive the information you choose to provide in communications and, if you become a client, the credit-related information you provide for the agreed services. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, identity documents, or credit reports through the public consultation form or ordinary email.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss your goals, communicate with you, and provide the services you request. A consultation request does not enroll you in paid services or authorize us to obtain your credit report.
Service providers and disclosures
Consultation submissions are sent to DisputeFox, our customer-management platform. Providers that support our website, communications, and agreed services may process information as part of providing those services. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law.
We do not sell customer personal information.
Website technology and external links
We do not use advertising pixels or analytics tracking. We do not share customer information with advertisers or other outside parties beyond providers needed to deliver our services, except when disclosure is required by law.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These connections may transmit technical information, including your IP address, browser information, and request details, to those providers. Facebook, Instagram, and the separate DisputeFox form have their own privacy practices when you visit them.
Your language preference is saved in this browser so it stays selected when you visit another page. You can change it at any time using the language selector.
How long we keep information
We retain customer information while the customer is active with us. When the customer relationship ends, information is removed unless a legal obligation requires us to retain particular records longer. For example, federal credit-repair law requires keeping signed acknowledgments of the required consumer disclosure for two years after signing. Such a requirement may continue after a customer becomes inactive. Read the disclosure-record requirement.
Contact us about a former account, a consultation inquiry that did not become a customer relationship, or a deletion request.
Your communications choices
You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or contact us about email preferences. You can contact us directly by phone or email instead of using the consultation form. Changing communication preferences does not itself cancel an existing service agreement.
Privacy requests and your rights
Depending on your location and the law’s application to our business, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email support@thebrcredit.com or write to the address below. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate your records; do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.
We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any legal exception affecting your request. If you disagree with a decision, contact us at the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. You may also contact your state attorney general. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.

Changes will appear on this page with an updated date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
